What is the Linotype Didot™ font?
The Didot family were active as designers for about 100 years in the 18th and 19th centuries. They were printers, publishers, typeface designers, inventors and intellectuals. Around 1800 the Didot family owned the most important print shop and font foundry in France. Pierre Didot, the printer, published a document with the typefaces of his brother, Firmin Didot, the typeface designer. The strong clear forms of this alphabet display objective, rational characteristics and are representative of the time and philosophy of the Enlightenment. Adrian Frutiger’s Didot is a sensitive interpretation of the French Modern Face Didot. Another model for this design is the Henriade, an historical printing of the original Didot from 1818. The font Didot gives text a classic and elegant feel.

Are you looking for a free download of Linotype Didot™? Most of the fonts on MartinWaitFonts.com are premium, which means Linotype Didot™ is not a free font.
You won't find Linotype Didot™ as a free download, so I would advise you just to go ahead and pay for it and download Linotype Didot™ HERE. You can find some other great options here on MartinWaitFonts.com as well that will save you time looking around all over the web.
It is always best to pay for a premium font rather than trying to find an illegal download. The benefits of paying for Linotype Didot™ are that you get the license, and if you're caught using it illegally there could be some potential legal implications with the publisher of this particular typeface.
Furthermore, when searching "free downloads" on Google, most websites will say they have them but these types of offers usually come at a cost - either something like high-pressure sales tactics or getting tricked into downloading malware onto your computer by malicious third parties who want access to all your personal information!
It's just too risky going about finding free fonts online.
If you really want Linotype Didot™ and you want to truly own it the legal and safe way, then click here to visit the download and purchase page on MyFonts.com.
